Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Logistics Partners: We partner with prominent and trusted courier companies, including FedEx, BlueDart, and others, to ensure safe and timely delivery across India via air or surface.
  • Order Processing: All products are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the order date, or upon customer confirmation in the event of any order modifications.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 days, depending on your delivery location.
    • Please note: Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, festivals, government restrictions, operational issues, or carrier-specific delays. We will do our best to notify you promptly if this happens.

Shipping Charges & COD Fees

We offer Free Shipping on all orders with an order value of INR 999 and above. Orders below INR 999 will incur a shipping fee of INR 99.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD convenience fee of INR 50 will apply over and above the applicable shipping charges.

Important: For a COD order below INR 999, the total additional charges will be INR 149, consisting of an INR 99 shipping fee and an INR 50 COD convenience fee.

Coverage & Restrictions

  • India-Wide Coverage: We deliver Pan India to all serviceable PIN codes.
  • International Shipping: International shipping is currently unavailable. Please check back later or contact us for future updates.

Tracking & Support

  • Post-Dispatch Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can track your package directly on the courier partner's website. Tracking links usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Account Dashboard: You can also check your current order status by logging into your account on Pringle.in.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable, our courier partners will typically reattempt delivery. We will coordinate with you to help ensure successful delivery or process a return if necessary.
